More at The Crossing
There are many ways to get involved at The Crossing throughout the week. Check out some of our weekly and monthly events.
Small Groups
Our Middle School, Junior High, and Senior High ministries have small groups that meet during the week. These groups are a great opportunity to deepen friendships and explore the truth of the Bible. Note: Middle School is taking a break for the summer.Middle School:

Veritas
Tuesdays, 8:00 p.m., Memorial Union at MU
In the face of all of the intellectual challenges of the university, we’re aiming to demonstrate the truth of Christianity in every area of life as well as live out its implications. Developing significant relationships as a part of a community is also a huge part to growing in your faith during your college years. For those reasons we offer a large group meeting, Bible studies, social events, service projects, and mission trips.Contact: Ryan

Book Discussion
Reading noteworthy books is crucial to growing consistently in our love for God and our ability to make an impact in the lives of others. The perspective we find in such books both challenges and encourages us, sometimes in ways we didn’t even know we needed. The Crossing Book Discussion offers an opportunity to read a thought provoking work and talk with one another about what we’ve learned. The next discussion will be announced in the worship folder and eWeekly.
Men’s Breakfast
The Men’s Breakfast provides a great opportunity to meet other men who attend The Crossing as well as a chance to hear from different speakers about what God is doing in their lives. These breakfasts are at the Columbia Country Club from 7–8:30 a.m. Details will be announced in the worship folder and eWeekly.
Newcomers Lunch
If you are new to The Crossing and want an opportunity to get to know others and meet the pastors, Newcomers’ Lunch is for you. About once a month we provide lunch on a Sunday after services. Details will be announced in the worship folder and eWeekly.
Every semester we offer classes on Wednesday nights at The Crossing. We’ll have our Discovery Class, to learn more about the beliefs of The Crossing, plus classes to further personal and spiritual growth. Food and childcare is provided every week. New classes start January 28.
Small Groups
Small Groups are the primary place where people connect with one another, develop genuine friendships, and where we learn to apply the all-encompassing truth of the gospel. Groups meet in homes either weekly or every other week.

Talking Pictures
Talking Pictures is meant to help you engage the popular and influential art of film with growing discernment. At each event we’ll watch a movie and take some time for thoughtful discussion afterward. In the process, we hope to not only enjoy good films, but also grow in our faithfulness to God’s redemptive purposes. Keep an eye on the worship folder and eWeekly for the next showing.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s Bible studies are a place for women of all ages and walks of life to grow deeper in their understanding of the Bible and develop meaningful connections with other women. Our next session of studies will start in February. Look for details in the worship folder and eWeekly.
