Education: Bachelor of the Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Missouri; High School Diploma from Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis, MO.
Favorite Bands/Music: The Beatles, Nickel Creek, Sufjan Stevens, Wilco, Feist, Sigur Rós, Cat Stevens, Simon and Garfunkel, Andrew Bird, Coldplay, Fleet Foxes, The Killers, and any Christmas music I can get my hands on.
Best Invention: Coffee—in any way, shape, or form and the space heater.
Favorite Book(s): Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling, The Great Gatsby, Traveling Mercies, The Hiding Place, The Reason for God.
Favorite Movies: Waiting for Guffman, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Fletch, Mary Poppins, White Christmas, and Sixteen Candles.
Favorite Shows: Freaks and Geeks, LOST, Arrested Development, The Office, Battlestar Galactica, and almost anything on the Food Network.
Spare Time: Running, laughing with friends, cooking, watching shows with my husband, reading, walking my ridiculous dogs, and spending time with my family.
Fear Factors: Sleeping through my alarm and eels.
Biggest Frustration: Not being able to sleep, our new dog Buster.
Passion: Seeing God work through relationships in the lives of children.
